Job Description

GP Client Strat Team, a client development firm, is looking for a Client Services Representative to serve as the face of AT&T's connectivity. In this role, the Client Services Representative moves beyond basic customer service to provide a consultative experience, matching customers and clients with the speed of fiber-optics and the versatility of AT&T services. As a Client Services Representative, you'll help customer needs by installing AT&T Fiber, and providing support with enrollment and account overview. The Client Services Representative will identify usage gaps and offer smart solutions that keep homes running smoothly. Responsibilities of the Client Services Representative Deliver hands-on AT&T service support, helping customers understand their wireless plans, data usage, and fiber internet options. Resolve billing or coverage concerns, then transition into value‑driven discussions that highlight relevant plan enhancements or fiber solutions. Facilitate account transitions and new service enrollments, ensuring each step supports both service satisfaction and sales growth. Maintain organized customer records and follow‑up schedules to strengthen account accuracy and sustain a consistent pipeline. Elevate the AT&T experience through exceptional service delivery that builds trust, drives referrals, and fuels long‑term momentum. Qualities of a Client Services Representative A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Able to balance service recovery with value‑driven recommendations. Communicates with clarity, ensuring clients understand their AT&T options. Professional in appearance and communication, reinforcing trust during every client interaction.
Pay:
$52,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
