Job Overview R&I Automotive is an established, busy independent repair shop looking for a reliable, energetic, and organized Shop Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working around cars, staying active, helping people, and learning new skills. Automotive experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person. What You'll Do Move, park, and organize customer vehicles. Help coordinate customer transportation. Keep the shop, parking lot, and customer areas clean and organized. Pick up, receive, and organize automotive parts. Handle parts returns, cores, and warranty items. Assist technicians and service advisors with daily operations. Help with customer service, phone calls, and scheduling. Learn automotive shop procedures. What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Friendly personality and professional attitude.
