Job Description
Full Job Description Who We Are & Why This Role Matters:
Copia Resources, Inc. isn't just another company. We are building an empire in the environmental services industry. If you're looking for a cushy 9-to-5 where you can coast, this isn't for you. We move fast, we solve problems, and we don't settle for "good enough." The Dedicated Client Success Specialist is a role we have reserved for our most valued client relationships because delivering a white-glove, red-carpet experience to our top clients isn't something we leave to chance. This is not a general account management position. You will be the single dedicated point of contact for all things related to this large enterprise client: their sales partner, their service champion, their problem-solver, and their advocate inside our organization. You will own every touchpoint — from proposals and onboarding to service delivery and relationship growth — and you will set the standard for what an exceptional client experience looks like at Copia. If you thrive in a high-accountability, high-visibility environment where your work directly shapes one of our most important partnerships, this role was made for you. What You'll Do:
Sales & Client Success:
Drive deal readiness by structuring, packaging, and presenting complex service agreements, enabling fast, confident results on high-value opportunities within a 48-hour turnaround time Build clear, compelling presentations that tell the story, communicate value, and help move opportunities across the finish line Be a trusted advisor for our clients—anticipate their needs, develop solutions, and be the go-to expert on all things waste management by being the liaison between our office, clients, haulers, and field employees Drive post-sale success by managing client relationships, leading onboarding for a strong start, and continuously identifying opportunities to expand services, improve performance, and increase revenue Diligently initiate and manage email interactions, ensuring client needs are met in real-time. We don't wait—every email deserves a response within 30 minutes during business hours Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities within the account and bring them forward with data and a clear recommendationRelationship Management:
Manage and grow large enterprise client accounts as their single, dedicated point of contact across all service lines and communication channels — consistently responsive, proactive, and solution-oriented at all times Build and deepen genuine relationships with property managers, on-site staff, and key decision-makers, ensuring Copia is always seen as a trusted partner Lead client onboarding from contract signature through successful service launch, coordinating with Field Operations, haulers, and internal teams to ensure a flawless start Conduct periodic check-ins and on-site visits to stay ahead of service concerns, strengthen client loyalty, and identify new opportunitiesService Coordination:
Act as the liaison between the client, Field Operations, customer service, and third-party haulers; you connect the dots and make things happen Resolve service issues quickly and completely: missed pickups, bin placement, schedule changes, hauler coordination, and anything else that comes up Escalate issues when needed, but always with a proposed solution in hand Coordinate with BPO partners and internal departments to streamline service delivery and ensure the client always receives seamless, consistent supportWhat We Are Looking For:
You have at least 5 years of experience in account management, sales, client success, or a related client-facing role You can juggle 10 things at once and still execute flawlessly. Multitasking isn't just a skill—it's your superpower. You're obsessed with efficiency. You see waste (of time, money, or resources), and you fix it. You make decisions and own them. No handholding, no waiting around for permission. You're a master of communication. Whether it's servicing a client, resolving an issue, or leading a team—you get your message across. You hold yourself to a high standard and thrive in an environment where accountability, ownership, and results are the expectation—not the exception. Must love travel!
