Job Description
Licensed Insurance Producer Licensed Insurance Producer - Farmers Insurance Agency We are seeking licensed insurance producers to join our team as Producers / Protegés. This role is ideal for individuals with a Property & Casualty license who are looking to grow their client base, develop sales skills, and provide exceptional service in the retail insurance market.
Location:
San Ramon, CA Salary:
$45,000 - $110,000 per year (base + bonus + commission)Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through community outreach, networking, and referrals
- Conduct policy reviews and make recommendations to meet client needs
- Educate clients on insurance products, coverages, and policy features
- Provide ongoing customer service and policy support
- Maintain accurate client and prospect records in agency systems
- Collaborate with agency team members to meet growth and retention goals
Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Insurance experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
