Starting Pay:

Your qualifications:

You are a fast-paced, flexible, and proactive individual who is adept at juggling competing tasks and priorities; You have a poised and professional demeanor and you are eager to interact with our customers as well as serve as a trusted resource to internal staff and management.

You will be responsible for:

Fielding and directing incoming phone calls Communicating with external customers by telephone and email Entering orders into our ERP system and checking product availability Scheduling LTL shipments Working with various internet portals Capable of handling a few of our biggest accounts Candidate must be a great communicator and problem solver You must have: At least 3+ year(s) of customer service experience Experience in the home furniture industry Friendly and outgoing personality; helpful customer service-oriented approach Professional written and verbal communication skills Strong time management and multi-tasking skills Poised under pressure Proficiency in MS Office Be able to work under pressure in a fast-pace environment Be able to adapt to changing environments Attention to detail Please apply with your resume to become the newest member of a stand-out team!
