You will be responsible for greeting our customers warmly and cheerfully as well as ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and ready for customers. If you have a passion for sweets, enjoy working in a small-business, and are skilled in time management and sales, we would like to hear from you! Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service, including handling cash transactions and operating a cash register proficiently.
• Prepare the front display case for customers during opening/Cleaning up the display case during closing.
• Ensuring that all areas are clean, well-organized, and restocked throughout the day
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the products and be able to make recommendations to customers.
• Work effectively with other members of the team and working independently during other times.
• Utilizing Clover POS system to manage orders and transactions.
• Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, even in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilizing down time to focus on any store needs (checking inventory, cleaning, making treats for the store etc.)
• Help guide customers with personalizing custom orders

Qualifications Strong customer service skills with experience in fast food or quick service environments Proficient in cash handling and operating POS systems Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting Experience in food preparation and handling, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards Sales skills with a focus on upselling and enhancing customer satisfaction Flexible/open availability preferred
