Full-Time Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for bringing vehicles back to their best? Price Ford of Simi Valley is seeking a dedicated and organized Internal Service Advisor to oversee the reconditioning process of our pre-owned inventory and ensure every vehicle meets our high standards before hitting the lot.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the reconditioning process for used vehicles Communicate with technicians, detailers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of services Inspect vehicles for needed repairs, cosmetic improvements, and overall readiness Create and manage repair orders and track progress through completion Ensure all vehicles meet dealership and manufacturer quality standards Maintain accurate records and communicate status updates to the sales team

Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive service or reconditioning coordination preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record
