Our Service Scheduling Center is centralized in our Corporate office in Simi Valley Ca. Responsibilities will include receiving inbound calls, outbound campaign calls, meeting monthly objectives, follow-up customer satisfaction calls, and other exciting marketing campaign initiative tasks! Must have a passion for process and organization with excellent phone skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment. Respond to Inbound/Outbound service calls with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism. Answer service chats from our website. Work closely with Service Managers and Advisors. Promptly and accurately enter, and schedule all customer inquiry data into Xtime. Generate appointments for customers from inbound calls and outbound campaigns. Effectively utilize scheduling CRM Xtime. Provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
