What You'll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
• Answer questions about orders, timelines, and our printing services
• Track orders and keep customers updated on their status
• Resolve issues quickly and make sure every customer walks away happy
• Coordinate with our production team to keep everything running smoothly
