John Hancock Position Overview:
The sales representative (Customer Service Rep) will have a demonstrated history of excelling in a inside-sales or customer service environment where levels of multi-tasking skills are required; effective intra-departmental interaction is critical; and superior customer, vendor, and internal company relationship building abilities are needed. The incumbent will receive (by telephone, fax or email) requests for quotations, orders and lead times from customers. Make quotations/estimates on standard/custom items, writes and enters orders and relays pertinent order information to customer.
Job Functions:
Answer incoming calls in a professional manner with a positive attitude and assist them with product questions, quotes, ordering, order tracking and issues in a prompt manner. Follow up with customers and outside salesforce after quoting / giving estimate. Highly self-motivated and able to work with others in a fast paced environment. Assist team and company to achieve monthly sales goals. Any other functions assigned or deemed necessary by management. Requirements A high level of commitment to helping and serving others. Strong organizational abilities with good follow-up skills. Knowledge of MS Office to include MS Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to learn company's store front online programs You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test (5 Panel Drug Screen). • - Autocad experience is a plus but not required
