Job Description:
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative 1 to join one of companies in San Diego. This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable organization in a front-desk /customer service representative role, providing excellent service to customers and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Experience working for a public utiity preferred. Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:oopm with a 30 minute lunch 4-6 month role with possibility of being extended
Pay:
$29.89 - $33.00 per hour Must be able to pass all onboarding requirements including livescan/fingerprint and drug screen
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, services and questions, via phone, email, and mail Enter and update customer account information Process service orders, open/close accounts, and make account adjustments Provide property-related information and assist with service reinstatements and payment issue Support daily clerical functions including receptionist duties, and mail processing Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
Qualifications:
