Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and customer focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, and help manage business customer accounts. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This position requires professionalism, problem-solving skills, and the ability to accurately document customer interactions while delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries regarding accounts, billing, and services Provide accurate information and solutions in a professional and timely manner Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive experience Update and maintain customer account records Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary Follow company guidelines and procedures for customer interactions Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism

Qualifications:
