Customer Service Representative Printmoz.com Temecula, CA Job Details Full-time $17 - $21 an hour 20 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Computer literacy Administrative experience Data entry Clerical experience Office management Full Job Description Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented customer service representative to join our team at Printmoz as we grow rapidly. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator (verbal and written), proficient in email +Adobe suite (photoshop, illustrator, editor, etc.), and has a positive can do attitude. Experience in the print industry is a plus. Responsibilities Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in person, ensuring clear communication and excellent service. Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling check-ins, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Basic quoting and invoicing for jobs Skills Proven experience with office management, administrative support, or clerical roles in a professional setting. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills. Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently. Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records.
Pay:
