Job Description

Murrieta Connect Group Inc, a sales and development firm rooted in Temecula, is hiring a Junior Customer Service Associate passionate about connecting customers to better mobile experiences. In this Junior Customer Service Associate role, you become the face of AT&T, greeting customers, exploring their needs, and introducing them to plans that fit their lives. As a Junior Customer Service Associate, your product and sales training will prepare you to deliver the complete wireless solution for every customer. You'll master AT&T's wireless services, then engage with customers who need seamless connectivity. The Junior Customer Service Associate's focus will be on offering the full package, from the right plan to the right device to the right support. Role Responsibilities of the Junior Customer Service Associate Welcome customers and provide personalized support while recommending AT&T mobile solutions that fit their communication needs. Resolve customer questions regarding wireless plans, smartphones, billing options, and account features with professionalism and care. Assist customers with account updates, service activations, device upgrades, and number transfers while ensuring a seamless experience. Recommend wireless plans, accessories, and account enhancements that improve customer value and support sales objectives. Explain wireless products, device capabilities, and plan benefits in a simple, customer-focused manner. Build customer loyalty through proactive follow-up, attentive service, and solution-oriented communication. Qualities of a Junior Customer Service Associate Genuine interest in helping customers and providing meaningful assistance. An enthusiastic and energetic approach that enhances the customer sales experience. Good communication and sales skills with a willingness to learn and improve. Adaptable and flexible in responding to different customer situations. Attentive to detail when processing customer requests and sales information.
Pay:
$3,850.00 - $4,700.00 per month
