This position is responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, etc. An AA degree or higher, 1+ years of inside sales / customer service experience in a similar industry, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required. This is a full-time, in-person, exempt position with excellent benefits and 401k. ( M-F)

Technical Service Representative Duties:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, etc.
• Performs quotation processing over the phone, email and fax.
• Enter orders into the system and confirm orders to customer via email/fax.
• Process shipping instructions and packing lists to warehouse.
• Filing orders and checking customer's open orders.
• Perform Physical Inventory when necessary.
• Back up billing role for the office and other branches when necessary.
• Process internal transfers
• Other additional tasks may be assigned

Technical Service Representative Skills:

• Must have an AA degree or higher
• Conversational Japanese language skill is a big plus but not mandatory
• Must have 1+ years of inside sales / customer service experience in a similar industry
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal skills (both oral and written)
• Interest in Japanese (food) culture
