$22 - $24 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 12 PM education: High School Responsibilities Accurately process incoming orders via phone, email, and fax using Oracle NetSuite while cultivating relationships with key accounts. Deliver friendly, professional support for product questions, lead times, promotions, and order discrepancies. Coordinate returns, replacements, refunds, credit memos, and maintain accurate records of all customer communications. Partner with internal teams to fulfill customer requests and share feedback to optimize workflows and improve customer experience. High school diploma (or equivalent) with proven customer service experience, communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Demonstrated attention to detail in administrative or data-entry tasks, with hands-on experience using ERP/CRM systems (Oracle NetSuite strongly preferred).
