Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Honda Service Advisor, where your enthusiasm for cars and dedication to customer satisfaction drive success. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle service and repairs, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. Your mechanical knowledge and sales skills will help customers understand their vehicle needs while maximizing service opportunities. This position offers an energetic environment focused on delivering exceptional auto service and building lasting client relationships. Duties Greet customers warmly, listen to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document service requests Explain repair and maintenance procedures clearly, providing detailed estimates using estimating software Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, suspension work, shocks & struts, transmissions, and collision repairs to enhance vehicle performance and safety Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services Manage service writing tasks efficiently, including creating detailed work orders and processing invoices with cash handling responsibilities Communicate effectively with clients about vehicle diagnostics, repair progress, and recommended services to foster trust and satisfaction Utilize automotive diagnostics tools and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating systems to assess repairs accurately Experience Previous dealership or automotive service center experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role Proven ability in upselling services while maintaining excellent customer service standards Experience working with automotive repair processes, and service writing practices Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally Ideal candidates will have:
