Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service professional for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Union City, CA. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming service and parts calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Create, update customer orders.
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer needs and helping ensure satisfaction.
- Use industry knowledge and internal resources to support service and parts-related inquiries efficiently.
- Perform a variety of administrative and office support tasks as needed.
