What You'll Do As An Entry Level Business Associate

• AT&T Meet with customers and provide information on AT&T wireless products and services Guide customers through the account enrollment process Assist with new account enrollment, upgrades, and service options Answer customer questions regarding available plans and promotions Maintain accurate account enrollment documentation Follow company and AT&T guidelines during customer interactions Build positive customer relationships through professional communication Represent GPO Direct Network and AT&T in a professional manner What We're Looking For In The Entry Level Business Associate•AT&T Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a customer-facing environment Reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or account support is a plus but not required What We Offer The Entry Level Business Associate•AT&T Weekly pay Performance-based advancement opportunities Ongoing coaching and professional development Team-oriented work environment Full-time schedule
