  • Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:
  • + Assist customers, business partners, and drivers via telephone and email to ensure outstanding service and delivery commitments.
+ Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or customer complaints in a calm, professional manner. + Monitor the progress of delivery routes and process changes or cancellations to delivery orders. + Perform administrative tasks such as scanning haul-away pods and verifying stamps.
  • Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • + Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to multitask and resolve issues under pressure. + High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). + 1 year of related experience, ideally within a call center environment.

  • $21.
