Full Job Description Position Title:
Customer Service AssociateReports to: Customer Service Manager The Customer Service Associate manages customer queries and complaints. Responsibilities include processing orders, escalating complaints, and developing professional relationships with customers. Customer Support and Order Processing Manage incoming calls, emails, and faxes in an efficient manner; check voicemail and return calls in a timely manner. Process all domestic and OUS customer purchase orders and invoices in accordance with customer-specified requirements and regulatory requirements. Develop professional relationships with customers through excellent customer service over the phone and email. Build knowledge of all major product groups to properly support customer contacts. Advise customers on company information (i.e., warranties, terms of sale), product changes, and inventory availability. Forward all pricing and product-use inquiries to Sales Rep or Sales Support; redirect all other inquiries to appropriate individuals or departments as needed. Collaborate with customer service team, sales team, and other company departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction. Establish and maintain new customer accounts/records: keep account information current and document all customer interactions/updates. Forward information by receiving and distributing communications, mailing correspondence, and copying/scanning. Assist Customer Service Manager with various customer service tasks. RMA's and Customer Feedback Process all product returns (RMA) and customer supplied instruments—coordinate with all applicable departments to ensure customer needs are met quickly and efficiently. o Liason between Clinical Support, Engineering Dept, and customer as needed for product troubleshooting and repairs; disseminate technical information and services rendered by Engineering Dept. o Disseminate customer feedback to Product Development, Marketing, and Sales depts. o Generate and send credit memo to customer when applicable. Address customer complaints in a compassionate and patient manner and coordinate with Quality Assurance/Engineering team for resolution.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent. Ability to maintain professional composure at all times. Comfortable using computers Experience working with customer support Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pay:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week
