Job Description

High Desert Connections delivers sales and business development solutions for leading telecommunications clients throughout the Inland Empire area.

As a Customer Support Associate , you'll be on the front lines of our outreach efforts—meeting customers directly, representing our clients in local retail environments, and helping people find the services that best fit their needs. Customer Support Associate:
Engage directly with customers through in-person outreach to promote and explain our clients' telecommunications products and services Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable point of contact, answering questions and creating a positive customer experience Build rapport by listening to customer needs and offering tailored solutions with guidance from leadership and client partners Develop a strong understanding of client offerings, sales strategies, and customer engagement best practices Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach goals, promotions, and engagement strategies Utilize client technology and reporting tools to support smooth, efficient customer interactions Track performance, meet engagement goals, and contribute to team success through ongoing feedback and improvement
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional approach 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or a related field (entry-level candidates encouraged) Confidence working directly with customers in a face-to-face environment Solid time management and the ability to stay organized in a fast-moving setting Interest in telecommunications, technology, or customer engagement roles A team-first mindset and willingness to collaborate with sales, management, and client partners At High Desert Connections, we believe great customer engagement starts with great people. Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$3,800.00 - $4,800.00 per month
