Valley Hi Kia - Service Advisor | Victorville, CA Valley Hi Kia is growing — fast. We're adding more service bays, a larger service drive, and expanded capacity, and we need experienced Service Advisors who are ready to hit the ground running. We have 3 immediate openings and we're in full hiring mode right now.

We're one of the busiest service operations in the High Desert, and we're getting bigger. More bays are coming soon, which means more tickets, more throughput, and more earning potential for the right people. We write so many repair orders we opened on Sundays — and we need advisors who can keep up with that pace and thrive in it. If you're an experienced Service Advisor looking for a dealership that's actually investing in its future, this is it.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 2 years of automotive service advisor experience Kia or Hyundai experience is a strong plus — not required, but it'll put you at the front of the line Strong automotive sales ability and proven upsell history Solid understanding of factory warranties and the repair order process Computer proficiency required — ADP experience preferred, MOC Tablet knowledge a plus CSI-conscious with a track record of high customer satisfaction scores Able to communicate clearly with customers and technicians alike

WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE

You're the link between the customer and the shop. You'll greet customers, assess their needs, translate what the technicians find into clear explanations, and present accurate estimates — all while delivering the kind of experience that keeps people coming back. You'll manage your own schedule, follow up post-service, and look for every legitimate opportunity to recommend services that genuinely benefit the customer and the bottom line. This isn't a passive role. The best advisors here are organized, personable, fast on their feet, and hungry to write profitable business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs with a consultative approach Communicate diagnostic findings clearly and accurately Prepare and present transparent service estimates Upsell additional services and products based on vehicle condition and customer need Coordinate with service technicians to keep repairs on time Manage appointments and follow up on customer satisfaction after every visit Maintain strong CSI scores and long-term customer relationships

REQUIREMENTS

Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass a background check and drug screening Minimum 2 years service advisor experience required Automotive computer and sales experience required Valley Hi Kia is part of the Browning Automotive Group — 9 dealerships across California and growing. Pay:

$60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
