As we continue to grow across North America, we're looking for an organized, customer-focused Customer Service & Data Entry Representative to support our expanding dealer network and provide outstanding service to our customers. Position Summary The Customer Service & Data Entry Representative plays a key role in supporting our wholesale customers, sales representatives, and internal operations. This position is responsible for processing customer orders, managing EDI transactions, answering customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from order placement through delivery and keen verbal communications with customers. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email. Process wholesale customer orders accurately and efficiently. Manage EDI purchase orders, acknowledgments, invoices, and related documentation. Enter and maintain customer information using Sage MAS 90 (Sage 100 ERP). Communicate order status, inventory availability, pricing, shipping, and product information. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Process returns, warranty claims, credits, and exchanges. Work closely with independent sales representatives to support dealer accounts. Assist with inventory inquiries and backorder management. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Support sales promotions, dealer programs, and seasonal initiatives. Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as needed. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of customer service, order entry, or inside sales support experience. Experience with EDI order processing is highly preferred. Experience using Sage MAS 90 (Sage 100 ERP) preferred. Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude and a willingness to help customers and teammates. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
