Communicate with brokers, growers, and internal departments Process high‑volume orders, revisions, cancellations, and add‑ons Provide plant readiness updates (color, height, root development) Handle claims, credits, substitutions, and arrival‑quality issues Maintain accurate customer profiles and distribute availability lists What You Bring 1-2 years customer service experience Strong computer skills, including Excel proficiency Excellent phone and email communication Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work with frequent interruptions Professional demeanor and strong teamwork skills Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Horticulture experience a plus, not required Physical Requirements Prolonged sitting/standing Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Occasional bending, kneeling, and walking on uneven terrain Work in office setting with occasional greenhouse exposur Qualifications- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
