The Customer Service Representative (CSR) for TARA Spa Therapy is responsible for delivering exceptional service to wholesale and retail customers across the TARA brand. This position supports day-to-day order processing, handles inbound inquiries, and works closely with the Inside/Outside Sales & Customer Service Lead to ensure seamless customer experiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and eager to learn the TARA Spa Therapy product line and customer base. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound calls and emails, providing professional and welcoming experience for customers and sales reps. Provide order status updates and shipment tracking information to customers and outside sales representatives in a timely manner. Enter and process sales orders accurately in Microsoft Dynamics GP (ERP system) on behalf of outside sales representatives. Generate freight quotes and product quotes to support outside sales rep requests and customer inquiries. Process returns, credits, and exchanges in accordance with company policy, coordinating with the Inside Sales Lead as needed. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TARA Spa Therapy product lines to assist with product inquiries and order guidance. Research and resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and billing questions in coordination with internal teams. Maintain accurate customer account records and interaction notes in the CRM system. Support the Inside Sales & Customer Service Lead with additional administrative and sales support tasks as assigned. Uphold brand standards and a positive customer experience consistent with TARA Spa Therapy values. Qualifications Required 1+ year of customer service, order management, or inside sales experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to learn ERP and CRM systems quickly; experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills. Positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience in wellness, spa, beauty, or lifestyle product industries. Familiarity with wholesale or B2B customer service environments. Training & Development The CSR will receive hands-on training from the Inside Sales & Customer Service Lead, covering TARA Spa Therapy product knowledge, systems, processes, and customer service standards. Ongoing coaching and support will be provided. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience. Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
