Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service / Inside Sales professional for a direct hire opportunity in City of Industry, CA. This role is a strong fit for a customer-focused candidate with 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales support, order entry, or client care who enjoys helping customers, preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams. The Customer Service / Inside Sales role offers the opportunity to join a stable, team-oriented environment where communication, follow-through, and attention to detail are highly valued. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Prepare customer quotations, enter orders, and assist with order processing from start to finish. Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams regarding inventory, shipments, and delivery updates. Support the sales team by maintaining accurate customer records and providing account-related assistance. Follow up with customers regarding order status, shipment details, pricing, and product availability. Help ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and dependable service.
