Job Description

We're seeking a service-driven Client Associate to serve as a trusted point of contact for customers evaluating Frontier's connectivity solutions. From gig-speed home internet to scalable commercial fiber and cloud-based tools, the Client Associate ensures every client receives accurate, personalized, and professional assistance. As a Client Associate, you'll be the essential link between customers and Frontier's internet, phone, and TV services, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care. The Client Associate manages accounts, assists with activations, and provides support that turns customers into loyal advocates—helping families, businesses, and individuals experience the best of Frontier. Key Responsibilities of the Client Associate Act as the main point of contact for Frontier and Clients, offering valuable information, product recommendations and building long-lasting relationships. Manage account documentation, service activations, and plan updates ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across Frontier's services. Maintain detailed records of client accounts, service preferences, and transaction history to support retention strategies and reporting requirements. Troubleshoot service challenges, align messaging, and prepare upgrade recommendations tailored to customer needs. Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current on Frontier innovations, promotions, and service enhancements while strengthening expertise. What We're Looking For in a Client Associate High school diploma or GED required Experience in customer service, account management, or customer support. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain service options clearly and build rapport. Comfortable using digital tools to manage customer data, track engagement, and support operational workflows. Friendly, adaptable, and team-oriented with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Pay:
$900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
