Your expertise in automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and dealership operations will ensure every customer receives exceptional service, accurate estimates, and tailored solutions. Duties Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs with confidence and clarity Explain repair procedures and estimate costs using advanced estimating software and auto service management tools Upsell additional services and maintenance options that enhance vehicle longevity and safety Coordinate with technicians to diagnose issues using automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical knowledge Write detailed service orders and repair descriptions, ensuring clear communication between customers and the shop Manage cash handling, invoicing, and payment processing accurately at the point of sale Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships Experience Proven dealership experience in automotive service consulting or a similar role Strong mechanical background with hands-on mechanic experience preferred Familiarity with estimating software, auto estimating, and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating systems Knowledge of automotive repair procedures including oil changes, brake repairs, suspension work, tire services, shocks & struts, transmissions, and collision repair Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly Experience in auto service management or service writing is highly desirable Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to facilitate vehicle test drives or inspections Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional automotive care.
