Service Consultant - Luxury/Highline Car Dealership Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and professional Service Consultant to join our growing team. As a Service Consultant, you will be the face of our service department, providing top-tier customer service, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and our expert technicians. Responsibilities Greet and engage with customers, providing a personalized and professional service experience. Listen carefully to customer concerns, assess vehicle service needs, and recommend appropriate maintenance or repair solutions. Prepare detailed service estimates and explain repair processes, timelines, and costs to customers. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. Verify final invoices align with services performed and provide maintenance recommendations based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history. Maintain ongoing communication with customers, providing updates on service progress and addressing any concerns. Build and nurture long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. Stay informed about the latest automotive technologies, product offerings, and optional packages for luxury/highline vehicles.
Qualifications Experience :
Minimum of 2 years in automotive service advising, preferably in a luxury or highline dealership setting.Skills :
Strong consultative selling skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused mindset. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-end clientele. Technical knowledge of automotive repairs and familiarity with estimating software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in service database systems and basic computer skills. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the luxury brand image.
