Job Description
- About Us
- We are a full-service HVAC, building automation, chiller, and retrofit contractor with a reputation for combining high-quality consulting services with customized energy solutions. Our integrated, single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance, as well as engineering applications and automated control systems.
- Job Summary
- The Customer Service Representative will follow up on existing accounts and customer service calls.
- Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Gain insight into our service performance
- Document, with accuracy, customer responses and your impressions from these visits
- Perform site surveys and other types of checks to ensure our quality
- Present new technology and enhanced PM services when given the chance
- Report all findings, customer opinions, pictures, and results to company leadership
- Monitor all maintenance data to proactively respond to situations before the customer calls us
- Be a positive influence in representing EMCOR/Mesa Energy Systems to our contract customers and as a fellow member of the contracts team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 2+ years Customer Service experience required.
- Advanced MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills
- Mechanical aptitude is preferred
- Must have strong verbal and listening communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette as well as professional friendly demeanor.
- The ability to solve problems and act with appropriate urgency

Compensation Range:
- $28 - $35 per hour
