Job Description
Overview Join our team as a Licensed Customer Service Representative and become a vital link between our valued clients and our innovative services. In this energetic role, you will leverage your licensing credentials and professional skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences, provide expert guidance on insurance and product options, and support sales initiatives across diverse channels. Duties Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our services. Utilize your licensed expertise to explain insurance products, and help customers obtain coverages needed to protect their autos, homes, RV's and other possible insurance needs. Conduct sales efforts by identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing sales opportunities. Support marketing campaigns by reaching out to prospective clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments when necessary. Work to develop outreach strategies that increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Maintain accurate sales administration records, update customer profiles, and track interactions for future needs and to recall documentation. Provide multilingual support where applicable (if ability is present) and to serve diverse communities effectively. Qualifications Valid licensing credentials required for insurance sales or related fields; ongoing compliance with licensing standards is essential. Excellent communication skills and bilingual capabilities are a plus. Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle complex customer situations professionally.
