Job Description
We are looking for two outstanding individuals to join us! We are a team-oriented environment in need of talented professionals with excellent communication skills and an ability to multi-task with a smile and a sense of humor! We are located in the charming town of Yountville. The job entails the following but not limited to: Answering calls, taking messages, and directing calls Managing reservations in our reservation system Supporting the Wine Club department with data entry, emails, customer service responses Supporting our Hospitality team with groups, sales and set up Weekly errands, inventory and ordering Handle all shipping for third party and with shipping company. Includes some fulfillment in house Ordering supplies, wine for the tasting room, and products for office Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Commerce7, WineDirect and Tock Reservations Preferred - Will Train the right candidate Customer Service | Must enjoy talking and working with guests Former administrative experience a plus Digital marketing a plus In person interview required One weekend workday required This is an administrative position where attention to detail is essential. Must be able to lift 45 lbs. The position will be full-time for right employee.
