The ideal candidate will be available to work evenings, occasional weekends and holidays, and will have the ability to manage several projects at once. Experience in translating industry-specific language into statements that are understandable by the general public is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Answer customer questions in a courteous manner. Represent the company. Gather, analyze and convey information to supervisor. Understand and effectively communicate company policies.
