Job DescriptionEurofins Built Environment Testing is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team! The Client Support Representative is expected to oversee all samples that come into the laboratory and is responsible for facilitating day-to-day communication between our clients and our laboratory. Responsibilities include following sample receiving procedures, interactions with clients via phone, email, and in-person, and other administrative duties. Personnel must be outgoing and friendly as well as capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Assist walk-in clients with sample submission, provide information on services and project preparation.
Update client and project data records in the Tracker LIMS system.
Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries.
Process credit card transactions using Stripe.
Provide clients with supplies.
Stocking front office supplies and snacks for clients and staffAbility to assist with administrative and laboratory tasks as necessaryQualificationsMinimum Basic QualificationsHigh School DiplomaCustomer Service 2+ years preferred Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipProfessional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.

Position is full-time and candidates must be able to work Tuesday - Saturday, 10:30am - 7:00pm with possible overtime and weekends as needed.
