Job Description
Fisher Auto is looking to add to our team of Honda advisors. Our car lines are Honda & Acura. Our design is lateral support teams and team work is highly stressed and required. Must have proven 6-10 years experience in an auto-dealership or independent shop doing exactly this type of work.
Works with department manager to keep abreast of new products and services offered, their features and value, and any changes in price.
SUMMARY:
To assist in the daily operations of the Honda service drive with customer greeting, customer write up, phone answering, scheduling appointments. The overall goal is you will take care of our Honda Express customers and be a strong support in many different areas for the service drive as outlined below and being part of a Honda Team.Work Schedule:
Work schedule MondayFriday:
7:30am- 5:00pm or 6:00pm. Then rotating Saturdays 8:00am
- 4:00pm with a day off that week.

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Schedules service appointments. Obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible. Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information. Writes up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order. Test drives the vehicle with customer as needed to confirm the problem or refers to test technician. Refers to service history, inspects vehicle, and recommends additional needed service. Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications. Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts. Establishes "promised time." Checks with team leader if necessary. Obtains customer's signature on repair order; provides customer with a copy. Establishes customer's method of payment. Obtains credit approval, if necessary. Notifies team leader of incoming work. Checks on progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed. Implements and maintains a service marketing program. Reviews repair orders to ensure that work is completed and additional work and authorization is noted. Closes repair order as appropriate. Keeps service department forms, menus and pricing guides up-to-date. Explains completed work and all charges to customers. Maintains high customer satisfaction standards. Handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process. Inspects all vehicles for body work, informs customer if work is needed, and provides an estimate for body work. Maintains a professional appearance. Keeps work area clean. Adhere to all customer service satisfaction processes. Maintains 100% factory training and attends workshops as directed. Greets customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner. Computes customer bills. Receives cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers; records amount received. Makes change and issues receipts to customers. Reconciles cash drawer daily. Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise, and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution. Maintains and files repair orders, parts invoices, rental forms; lists missing documents. Closes all open invoices.Works with department manager to keep abreast of new products and services offered, their features and value, and any changes in price.
Pay:
$75,000.00- $95,000.
