Alpine is a 10-doctor veterinary practice that has proudly served the Boulder community for more than 60 years. We're consistently recognized as one of Boulder's best veterinary hospitals, and we believe that reputation starts with the people who show up every day committed to doing great work. We're looking for a reliable, client-driven Veterinary Client Care Specialist who thrives in a busy, hardworking environment and genuinely enjoys helping people. This is a role for someone who takes ownership, follows through, communicates well, and understands that exceptional client service is just as important as exceptional patient care. Our CSR team is often the first and last point of contact for our clients. You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience while managing a fast-paced front desk, multi-line phone system, scheduling, payments, client communication, medical records, and the many details that keep a veterinary hospital running smoothly.
