Maintain an organized checkout area, ensuring merchandise is stocked and properly displayed for easy access. Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns professionally and courteously, including phone etiquette when assisting via phone. Support merchandising efforts through stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store remains inviting and well-maintained. Skills Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail math to handle transactions accurately. Previous supervising or leadership experience is a plus for guiding team members or assisting in training new staff. General knowledge on vaping and glass products. Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively but is not a requirement. Strong communication skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette for seamless customer interactions.
