Client Success Associate Responsibilities Build strong, trust-based relationships that support ongoing client success Communicate one-on-one with customers to understand needs and provide tailored solutions Guide customers through the sales process with clarity, confidence, and professionalism Resolve account-related concerns while maintaining a positive client experience Track and document client interactions, questions, and completed sales accurately Meet performance expectations related to quality, attendance, and overall success Maintain confidentiality of all client and customer information Collaborate with leadership to discuss goals, progress, and development opportunities Client Success Associate Requirements Strong active listening skills and clear, confident communication Ability to adapt conversations to support both client objectives and customer needs Previous experience in a client-facing, customer-focused, or sales-related role preferred Problem-solving mindset with strong time management and organization Willingness to participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development Professional demeanor with a personable, team-oriented attitude
