Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays as necessary About us: Performance Windows is a window replacement sales company with offices in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Ohio, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Washington.About the role:
In this role, the Client/Operations Associate will support our local Market Owner, Follow up with Customers, and perform back office duties.Responsibilities:
- Maintain office (including supplies, general orderliness, and answer of customer calls, etc.)
- Perform Follow-Up visits with customer during install process
- Monitor reorders and work orders
- Monitor and update critical dates and tracking of critical measure process using Hubspot
- Retail sales
- Collection and uploading of window installation pictures
- Responsible for Job Progress tracking and Customer list for installer work
- Sign pick up
- Other duties as assigned by the Market Owner Candidate requirements:
- Valid Driver License with clean driving record
