JOB SUMMARY

Under general supervision of the General Manager, oversees and manages the customer service, billing and collection activities and the day-to-day office operation. The Billing and Customer Service Manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating effective communication between customers and vendors of our organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsible for the effective administration, management and maintenance of ACWWA's Customer Service, Billing and Collections functions. Supervises Customer Service, Billing and Support staffResponsible for the Management and Operations of ACWWA's Customer Service Information programActing as a project manager/coordinator for various initiatives and programsOther functions this role may have are: Provides leadership and oversight regarding ACWWA's administration office. Manages outside service companies working in the building and general office management responsibilities to help keep an efficient, safe and enjoyable environment. Staff Liaison/Board Secretary to ACWWA's Board of DirectorsBack up support for Human Resources ManagerWebsite content administratorA key leader in supporting ACWWA's culture and supporting ACWWA's Mission and Vision and Values

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.5 or more years' experience in a government agency or public/private utility preferred (i.e. water, sewer, gas, power). Six (6) years of customer service experience required. Supervisory experience preferred.

$78,168-$122,137Actual compensation will be dependent upon experience and education
