What You'll Do Be the first friendly face our customers see at the pay station greeting them with enthusiasm and energy. Recommend the best wash options and help customers have a smooth, easy transaction. Pre-scrub vehicles and work in the tunnel yes, you'll get wet, and yes, it's fun. Load cars safely and confidently while following all company guidelines. Provide outstanding customer service in every area of the wash from greeting to the vacuum lot. Handle not so happy customers with professionalism and a smile. Keep the site sparkling cleaning and organizing all areas of the wash. Execute opening and closing procedures to keep everything running smoothly. Skills & Qualifications Must LOVE people if you don't like interacting with customers, this isn't the job for you. Friendly and upbeat personality with a natural smile most of the day. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather (cold, heat, sun, rain). Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift heavy items throughout the shift. Able to learn and operate wash equipment and follow safety protocols. Flexible availability mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Personal Attributes A genuine "people person" friendly, approachable, and positive. Enjoy working as part of a team.
