Job Description
The Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory (retail candy store) in beautiful Crested Butte, CO is now hiring for Customer Service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service at the counter
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the system
- Handle cash transactions and provide change to customers
- Maintain cleanliness
- Restock cases, serve ice cream, make caramel apples, make hot coffee drinks, other duties as required
Requirements:
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and provide accurate change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
