Candidates must have the ability to work cooperatively with co-workers, demonstrate respect for all animals and humans, and be able to effectively multitask. We are looking for applicants that are dependable, hard-working, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Our clinic culture is typically more a laidback atmosphere where veterinarians, technicians and assistants all collectively work together for the greater care of animals. We value punctuality and deep compassion for animals. Our vision in founding this clinic was to provide needed care for all animals regardless of socioeconomic abilities. Therefore, we believe in providing care at a reasonable price-point so we can help more animals and clients. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:30 AM to 6 PM. However, we do not leave the clinic until all clients and daily tasks have been completed (depending on time of year this could be 6:30 to 7:00 at night). We are closed on weekends. Job Description We are looking for a veterinary client service representative/front person that is able to provide excellent customer service.

Your tasks will be:

scheduling appointments, checking in appointments, checking messages and interact with clients in a friendly manner.
