Day Job Duties:

Imaging desktop and laptop PC workstations. Packing and Shipping desktop and laptop PC workstations to remote new users. Assist remote new users with initial login access to new devices. Interact with the customers in a courteous and professional manner. Ensure new devices are accurately logged and tracked in the asset management system.

Basic Qualifications:

1-3 years of Windows PC technical experience. 1-3 years of solid customer service communications.

Degree:

High School diploma required. Associate degree or technical institute degree/certificate preferred. Nice to
