Job Responsibilities:

Provide great customer service by helping customers find products, answering questions, and offering recommendations. Operate the POS system efficiently, handling transactions, cash, and card payments. Stock, organize, and maintain inventory, ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked and displays are neat. Clean and sanitize all areas, including floors, counters, display cases, and stockrooms. Unpack, lift, and move shipments and inventory (must be able to lift 30+ lbs). Verify and check customer identification to ensure all purchases comply with age restrictions (must be strict on 21+ product sales). Educate customers on vape devices, glassware, wraps, kratom, THC alternatives (THCA/HHC), and other products. Follow all company policies and compliance regulations related to tobacco, vape, and alternative products. Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting, especially during peak hours. Assist in daily opening and closing duties, including balancing the register and securing the store. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years or older to apply. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required. Ability to multitask and handle high customer volume. Strong work ethic and willingness to clean and maintain the store. Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be comfortable standing for long periods and lifting heavier items. Knowledge of vape products, wraps, or smoke shop items is a plus, but training is provided.
