We pride ourselves on professionalism, reliability, and exceptional customer care. Position Summary We are re-freshing our New Call Center. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers, handling calls, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a smooth, positive customer experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. Schedule service and maintenance appointments for plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability. Maintain customer records and update information in the system. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Assist with invoicing, basic administrative tasks, and office support. Supporting each CSR and Dispatcher Qualifications Previous Customer Service (CSR) experience (HVAC/plumbing industry experience is a plus) Strong communication and multitasking skills Excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving ability Proficient with computers and scheduling Service Titan software Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Required:
3-years plus CSR / Dispatching Plumbing, Heating and Electric experience.
