Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Fix-It 24/7

100% In-Office - 16360 Table Mountain Parkway, Golden, CO 80403

Pay:

$18/hour + Commission & Bonuses (Average $28+/hr. in 2025!)

Schedule:

The Opportunity As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first impression of our company and a key part of our success. You'll help customers by answering calls, understanding their needs, and scheduling service with urgency and care. What You'll Do Answer inbound calls from new and existing customers Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately Make outbound calls to follow up and generate additional opportunities, and schedule maintenance to our membership clients Get clients involved in our membership Provide a high level of customer service on every interaction What We're Looking For Strong communication skills (verbal & written) Excellent phone presence and active listening skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Reliable and punctual Preferred Trade experiance Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen Ability to work in-office in Golden, CO Must be available to work Saturdays (7 AM - 4 PM) Flexible scheduled with then the Saturday requirement Compensation & Benefits $18/hour + commission, bonuses, and incentives Top performers averaged $28+/hour in 2025!
