The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking Customer Relations Specialists for our opening shift five mornings a week. Positions are part-time and year-round. We offer a +10% differential for staff who work the opening shift and another +10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English. Responsibilities:

Welcomes our members. Answers questions. Gives tours. Helps individuals and families understand and access Y offerings. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be reliable and committed to arriving on time for every shift. Customer Service and Sales Experience preferred. Professional, alert, courteous, and tactful. Spanish proficiency preferred (additional 10% pay differential for Spanish and English fluency). Intermediate computer skills required.
