KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the daily operations, answering phones, IT issues, scheduling and coordinating meetings/appointments, client intake of potential new clients Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment
  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone Opening and closing of the office
  • Backup to File Clerk and the admin team
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Prepare, file, and organize firm documents
  • Picking up and dropping off mail from the post office
  • Scanning of mail and documents as needed Ensure confidentiality and discretion Respond to general inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department Prepare outgoing mail, USPS, FedEx, UPS and manage courier services Maintain conference room schedules and ensure rooms are prepared for meetings Assist with document scanning, copying, and printing SKILLS Professional appearance and demeanor Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Comfortable with phone systems, scanners, copiers, and office technology Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
